1. Keeping body and torso in straight alignment. Check how far you can turn your head to the right.
2. Put arms in the genie position .
3. Move your arms to the left 10 to 20 times.
4. Now check how far you can turn your head to the right.
Amazingly easy and a definite quick fix. Now check the left side and move the genie arms to the right.
