We made a batch of this the other day and I was asked to try to take measurements so that I could write about it. Usually it is made with an "eyeball accurate to taste" measurement. If you try this you can adjust all ingredients to your taste. This is how the last batch measured out.
3 cups cold rice already cooked and left over from dinner yesterday
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 tsp liquid stevia (we used almond this time. vanilla flavour is also nice)
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. You can eat it right away but if you put it back in the fridge and let it sit over night the raisins will plump up and the rice gains flavour. Add whip cream or ice-cream to dress it up.
