My hope is that this printable version of the Breast Massage book will be useful and shared.
It was a freeing and enlightening moment for me when I released the restrictions of my breast tissue and truly understood the importance of what was not allowing fluid movement in my body.
My excitement and enthusiasm of finding a solution to my problem did have the added result of embarrassment for a few people I talked to. I just discovered what worked for me. I needed to share this information. I felt great to not have that greater pain of restrictions and congestion building up. My breast was tender (and sometimes still is tender) from having the necessary work done, but I continue, knowing I am making improvements that open up restrictions and assist congested fluids to find their path out of the breast.
I like the analogy that often comes to mind when I discuss breast health. "Stagnant ponds and puddles will grow mosquitoes." A known fact everywhere these pesky bugs live in the world, including my yard. However it is good to know that mosquitoes do not grow in moving water and cannot grow where there is no standing water to lay their eggs. (Gardeners hint: tip over and empty containers in the garden that catch rainwater unnecessarily, and refill birdbaths every three days or hit it with a spray of the hose every time you are out watering and checking the garden.)
Wellness starts with a personal commitment to find a solution that works to improve the health of the whole body. To be healthy and not let disease grow, we need the free flowing movement of the circulation of life sustaining fluids of the breast with the surrounding muscle tissues and the whole body.
