I ran into information leading me to wanting to read the book, The China Study, By T. Colin Campbell published 2005 and then it was revised and updated with his son Thomas M. Campbell in 2016. 

I looked for an audio book information and found The China Study- Book Highlights & Summary by Christopher Castiglione on www.castig.org/youtube. Very well done and easy to understand presentation. Listening run time is 43:40
