The socks came in to play when I spent four days on my feet with and without shoes. My foot became achy. I decided I needed the compression to help the foot heal and did not want the bulk of an elastic bandage. I think the socks will also work as a preventative for vein issues that may develop because I am standing 90 percent of the time while I work. I am really liking how these socks are making both my legs feel. This type of compression sock is good for people that are taking plane trips and the expected mom. I wish I had these socks when I was pregnant.
So far I have spotted these very cute argyle socks, also available in animal prints, available at Shoppers, Riverside and Freison Brothers here in town. For more information on Dr Segals' Compression Socks that are a Canadian product visit
