Looking Up At The Super Moon.
We are living at a moment in time when we don't just read a book or a newspaper for a few minutes in a day. We have a constant gaze downward at all kinds of devices. I'm sure I am guilty of watching my fingers right now type rather than look at the screen and watch the letters appear.
And then there is my work that has me looking down at a body so that I can be in constant observation of what is happening. Is the person uncomfortable, is the body tensing, is the individual forgetting to breath, or is that an emotional release? I have noticed an increasing number of necks losing their curve and have had other therapists tell me of the lack of curve that has occurred to their own necks. This is serious and can lead to very uncomfortable health problems besides just a stiff neck.
