What I have noticed from my sessions when participating and being connected to the blessing that is distance healing is that the healing is on the deep inner and the outer parts of me. To prepare for a session I like to do a meditation before the scheduled time to do what I can to clear off the surface of my issues and then I feel that there is a deeper healing taking place during the scheduled session. When the session occurs I play sound therapy music or a guided meditation (often just from you tube https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=yellow+brick+cinema) and I focus on what it is that I know that needs to be addressed and also give myself permission to allow whatever healing that I may not be aware of but also needs working on to be worked on as well.
After moving into the new building at the end of August of 2015, the anxiety I experienced had triggered a panic attack that had really rattled my nervous system. Laying down during the time of a distance healing session and having given the request or permission for the healing to touch my nervous system I felt my spine, my back and my body relax, release and become calm.
