
Measure your three fingers from the crease of the wrist. Place the sea band button on the tender point you find between the tendons. Press the point and hold for two to five minutes to activate the point.
Sea bands can be found at most drug stores, and often at the dollar store.
Do not sleep with the bands on. Put them on first thing in the morning and wear during the day.

Every time I go to teach obstetric acupressure and labour massage I have a sea band on to calm the butterflies in my stomach. There are a few other calming points that could be used for a nervous stomach, but I like how this one works for me.
