Endorphin is the feel good/pleasure hormone. A natural pain killer that is produced when we are in pain, exercise, eat chocolate, eat carb heavy comfort food, eat spicy food, smell cookies baking or just sniff the vanilla bottle, laugh and when having a massage.

Take two massages a week for a minimum of twenty minutes each session. This schedule isn't always practical for everyone or it just might be difficult to find a willing partner to trade massages with.
