I found myself thinking about trying something else along with my regular weekly massage sessions to address some deeper issues in my body. I found my first experience of receiving a session with Cori is on the level of trying to contemplate the cosmos. Beyond my expectation and complete understanding.
My intention and expectation for my sessions on any table is to let it all go. I give my body permission to allow any layer of my body that was holding discomfort the ability to find movement and the path to release.
During my first session of Accunect and Body Talk, I understood the sensations I was feeling in the body and felt the restrictions of my liver as bound and the meridian line connecting to the liver was not experiencing a healthy open flow. The Accunect and Body Talk process opened the meridian lines creating a positive change in my body.
Having the deeper compartments, corners and chambers of the liver and the liver meridian line open completely to flow with vital energy I know has put in place a healthy process for the whole body. There is a feeling of peace and calm restored that may not have been there for a very long time.
The euphoria of the session lasted for two days. The third day I needed more rest and the present idea of the need to keep drinking water to help cleanse my system. With each session of Accunect and Body Talk I feel a continued renewing of the body to a healthy balance.
I have received several sessions with Cori. At each session I notice the same process occurring with the initial release happening while on the table and then over the next three days a continuation of changes occurring.
