All pressure is gentle with a firm connection of hand to body. The pressure to the neck is similar to what you would use to gently push or pull a piece of paper across a table.
At each hand position your will need to pump, pulling in a downward stroke towards the body. Pull down, release pressure and hand returns to starting position and pull down again. Repeat pumping action up to 50 times at each position. When all 5 positions are complete start back at position 1 and do them all again to continue and support the flow/drainage.

To support the health and easy flow of fluid movement and to further release the pressure to the ears when you first feel the sinus pressure or just starting to get sick, try cleaning your ears with hydrogen peroxide.
