There are a few different moves G finds helpful to keep herself ready for the eventual spring when we can get back in the garden and work on outdoor projects.
The wall push up may look too easy to be very effective.
Give it a try and notice what your body is feeling. Notice the arms, shoulder and chest. Also notice the core muscles and legs. Really notice and feel from head to toe sensations of muscles working.
Work the pushup with control and not the momentum of the action. Maintaining control with each moment of the push and release back to the wall will stimulate and work the muscles.
